Dr. Nazariy Mykhaylyuk is a specialist in microscopic and digital dentistry, focusing on smile makeovers and full mouth reconstructions. He works at the M.Vision clinic in Kyiv, Ukraine, and is the founder of M.Vision Academy, M.Vision Clinics and Lab, M.Vision Las Vegas, and M.Vision Asia training centers. Dr. Mykhaylyuk has organized and conducted numerous courses and presentations worldwide, sharing his knowledge and expertise with fellow dentists. He also serves as an international Key Opinion Leader for leading companies in the field such as Ivoclar Vivadent, 3Shape, Deppeler, Asiga, Modjaw, CJ Optics and DMG.

Roeland De Paepe is Head of Product Management Europe at Modern Dental Group, supporting dental professionals across Europe in their transition to digital workflows. He oversees the launch of innovative dental technologies, including digital solutions for veneers, and conducts webinars, trainings, and market analysis. With a strong focus on user-friendly systems, structured planning, and operational efficiency, he plays a key role in shaping the digital transformation of dentistry. As a trusted expert in intraoral scanners such as 3Shape, Medit, Eletra and Rayface, he combines technical expertise with hands-on customer support. Based in Leuven, Belgium, he frequently works from the group’s European HQ in Alphen, the Netherlands, and other international offices.
