OptiShade (STYLEItaliano) provides a new solution for digital shade matching that represents a huge advancement in accuracy and repeatability! Each measured shade is communicated in L*a*b* coordinates and universal values in the world of colorimetry which is then presented in a very intuitive and easily interpretable manner for the dentist.
This product represents a combination of a colorimeter, an IOS phone app and Matisse advanced ceramic mixing and layering software to predict and control the quality of your restorations with precise shade matching.
The shade data presented to the dentist can then be:
- Used to find a comparison with the commercial shade guides database (closest matching Vita shade) in the OptiShade phone app.
or
- Exported to the Matisse software at the SCD laboratory, which will calculate the recipes and ceramic powders mixings necessary for the given case.
Option 2 results in OptiCrown: an individual perfect matching crown, even in the most challenging cases at an additional cost of £89 / €98.
