Why All-on X
Our full-arch implant solution offers significant benefits to both the dentist and the patient. All-On-X features a more stable monoblock design that increases patient comfort and restoration durability.

Digital Scanning Process
SCAN 1: Basic scans of maxilla, mandible (antagonist) and bite registration.
SCAN 2: Scan the edentulous maxilla to obtain tissue information. Make sure the multi-units are captured.
SCAN 3: Place the CAPS system and/or Lo Russo retractors and perform an intraoral scan.

Fixed All-On X:
Only with Multi Unit Abutment
The fixed All-on X solution offers a precision-milled titanium primary bar with a cemented tooth overlay, which means maximum stability for the patient.
Removable All-On X:
Only with Multi Unit Abutment
The removable All-on X solution offers the possibility to remove/clean the tooth overlay from the primary implant bar.
A telescopic secondary titanium sleeve with cemented arch overlay fits over a precision-milled primary titanium bar.

Lo Russo retractors
Lo Russo retractors are patented medical devices for professional use in dentistry. The retractor system is designed to support intraoral scanning of fully or partially edentulous arches.
It allows the spreading and stabilisation of the tissues (lips, tongue and cheeks) to facilitate the movement of the scanner tip and maintain an appropriate distance from the alveolar ridge.
