Els Hennen is an experienced sales and business development professional with over 20 years in the medical device industry, including 10 years specializing in the Dental Sleep market with Oral Appliance Therapy. She started her career in orthodontics, building a strong clinical and commercial foundation.
She has a proven track record in developing and growing markets across the Netherlands, Belgium, and the UK, as well as building strong networks and leading sales teams. Els has also supported European market expansion and trained sales professionals across new regions.
Most recently, she was Global Product and Sales Operations Manager at SomnoMed. Els brings deep market knowledge, international experience, and a strong, results-driven approach to growth and collaboration.
Roeland De Paepe
Head Product Management Europe
Roeland began his dental career in 1993 at the dental laboratory of KU Leuven, where he built a strong foundation in dental technology and craftsmanship. In 2000, he joined GC EUROPE, taking on the role of Technical and Training Manager, a position he held until 2006. In this role, he was responsible for providing technical expertise, delivering training programs, and supporting dental professionals across Europe. In 2006, Roeland established his own dental laboratory, further developing his expertise as an entrepreneur while continuing to work closely with GC as a freelance trainer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL). His ongoing collaboration with GC allowed him to stay at the forefront of innovation and education within the dental industry. He officially rejoined GC in 2018 as a Product Manager, where he contributed to the development and positioning of dental products.
Since February 2020, Roeland has been leading Product Management at Modern Dental Europe, where he plays a key role in shaping product strategy and driving innovation across the organization.
Dr. Medha Gupta
Product Manager Implantology Modern Dental Europe
Dr Medha Gupta is an MDS in Prosthodontics and a MedComms Expert. She holds 6+ years of experience in clinical dentistry from India, with expertise in implant prosthetics, crowns, bridges, veneers, and cosmetic dental procedures like dental bleaching, composite bonding, and laser gingivectomies.
With a passion for writing and creating content strategies, she pivoted to Medical Communications in HealthTech as a freelancer whilst shifting bases from India to the Netherlands. With an experience of both sides of healthcare, clinical and non-clinical, she joined Modern Dental Europe as Product Manager (Implantology) in 2025.
