Our Quality Control:
Our centralised production sites have received ISO 13485:2016 for medical device manufacturing and ISO 9001:2015 for the quality management systems we use. Both specify requirements where we need to demonstrate our ability to provide medical devices and related services that consistently meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Our technical team carry out quality assurance procedures at various stages of the production process, including incoming, in-process and outgoing stages. Each of our product groups are also overseen by a quality control team consisting of experienced technicians and supervisors.
Even before we begin a restoration, our sourcing control team inspects incoming raw materials used in the production of our prostheses. Furthermore, we require our suppliers to establish and maintain stringent quality assurance systems throughout their manufacturing processes.
When manufacture begins, quality checks are performed at the end of every stage of the restorative process to ensure that each semi finished prosthesis meets all relevant quality standards before we begin the next stage of the process. Finally, finished prostheses undergo a further quality assurance examination before they are released to our customers.
As part of our Infection Control Policy, all outgoing cases are cleaned and disinfected to remove any debris or pathogenic micro-organisms that could come into contact with the case during manufacture.
Both our technical and support teams rely on access to a custom-built software system for the cataloguing, batch numbering and management of every case. Everything we make is fully verifiable and its manufacture history can be traced upon request.
Our Product Guarantee:
We are confident in the quality of our workmanship and offer a guarantee on all crown and bridge work (excluding veneers, inlays or onlays) for any fractures or defects that occur as a result of the manufacturing process. Our Guarantee is valid for the following products from date of original invoice:
- Crown and Bridgework for a period of 5 years;
- Fully Monolithic Zirconia (FMZ) crowns for a period of 10 years; and
- Layered Zirconia crowns – Framework for a period of 10 years; (complete restoration for a period of 2 years).
- SCD Implant Package for a period of 5 years.
